Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Southern Lane Boutique! We take pride in our reputation and value our customers. If you are not 100% in love with your purchase, the item will be exchanged for a store credit within 7 days after you received the package minus the cost of return shipping. Southern Lane must receive the item before a new order is placed. The return must be approved by Southern Lane Boutique, in good condition, not washed or worn, or altered in any way. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Southern Lane Boutique may refuse a return if the item is not in new condition and cannot be exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any items/packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We do not provide return labels.
Any sale, clearance, or discounted items will be marked as Final Sale. Items not available for exchange for a store credit are hair accessories, swimwear, jewelry and bodysuits are Final Sale.
When exchanging an item, there is a possibility that the exact item will not be in stock.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Cancellations: Once you have checked out, orders cannot be modified, changed or canceled.
